What is your shipping timeframe?

I typically ship original art within two weeks. I ship prints that I have in stock within 5 business days. If I don’t have your print in stock, it may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Feel free to contact me for a delivery estimate on a specific print.

All art ships through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to Canada. If you live internationally and would like to place an order, send me an email. I also ship prints internationally from my Etsy print shop: shannonelleart.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I take a very limited number of commissions per month. Send me an email if you’d like to inquire about a custom piece.

Can I request a custom print size?

Yes! Complete the form on my Contact page and let me know what print and size you’re interested in.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of my small business, all original art and prints are final sale. If you have any issues with your order, such as lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! If you’re interested in carrying my fine art prints in your retail shop, you can find me on Faire. If you’re not on Faire, you can order directly from my website using a wholesale discount code. Send me an email and we can chat. :)
